1 Hour walk-thru and design consult	Discuss general ideas based upon budget and owners objectives	Flat fee $250 /hr
E-Design	Furniture plan based upon on site measurements (or furnished measurements by owner) design board and materials list (no project management or installation)	Requires one hour measure (flat $140) fee), custom pricing per agreed scope
Furniture Plan	Create furniture plan based on new or existing room	Flat hourly fee $140 /hr
A-la-carte Design	Specific design elements such as furniture, surfaces, decorative items	Flat hourly fee $140 /hr
Full Service Design**	Walk thru, On-Site measures, Furniture Plan, resourcing, selection, order management, shopping and installation of furniture and decorative items (does not include construction management or additional installation fees ).	Flat hourly fee $140 /hr required min 2 hours *$2000 project min
New construction plan review, interior / exterior surface selections	Review existing preliminary new construction plan for accuracy and furniture placement –requires printed plans at ¼ inch scale, consult and visit to showrooms with client	Flat hourly fee $140 /hr
New home construction / remodel color selections	Consistent design and color selection throughout home	Flat hourly fee $140 /hr

Additional Terms

Project minimum $2,000.
*10% retainer is requested to initiate project. Retainers are based on estimated project investment and are applied to final billing.
Project management and custom design/manufacture of furnishings: Flat Fee or hourly fee. Design fee may also be included in purchases.
Travel fees: Additional mileage charge for extraordinary distance /Cancellation Policy: 24 Hours advanced notice.
